01Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a program, purchasing a course or product, or otherwise using the 10x Developers platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

02Accounts & Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and applying — program admission decisions rely on it.

03Programs, Courses & Coaching

The platform offers cohort-based programs, self-paced courses, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, and merchandise. Program details — including curriculum, schedule, cohort size, and pricing — are described on the relevant pages at the time of purchase and may evolve between cohorts.

• Cohort enrollment is subject to application, acceptance, and payment.
• Course access is granted to the purchasing account and is non-transferable.
• Coaching sessions must be scheduled through the platform and are subject to the rescheduling terms shown at booking.

04Payments, Refunds & Guarantees

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout and may include payment-plan options for cohort programs.

Cohort programs include a 14-day confidence window: if the program is not the right fit within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund. Specific guarantee terms — including any job-ready support commitments — are defined in your enrollment agreement and the program page at the time of purchase.

05No Outcome Guarantees

We hold students to a high standard and support them seriously, but we do not guarantee employment, any particular salary, or any specific career outcome. Individual results depend on your effort, background, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

06Intellectual Property

All curriculum, course content, videos, and materials are owned by 10x Developers or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, or publicly share course content. Code you write while completing projects is yours.

07Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including:

• Sharing account access or purchased content with others.
• Attempting to breach, probe, or overload our systems.
• Harassing other students, mentors, or staff.
• Uploading unlawful content or infringing others' rights.

08Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with refunds (if any) handled per the refund policy above and applicable law.

09Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 10x Developers disclaims all implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
