• Account details: name, email address, and password.
• Application details: professional background, military service history (if you share it), coding experience, and goals submitted through our application forms.
• Payment details: processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers on our servers.
• Learning activity: course progress, lesson completions, and assessment results.
• Communications: messages you send us, including support requests and scheduling details.

We use the information we collect to operate and improve the platform, including:

• Delivering courses, cohort programs, coaching sessions, and purchased products.
• Evaluating program applications and scheduling strategy calls.
• Processing payments, refunds, and order fulfillment.
• Tracking learning progress and assessing readiness against our program rubrics.
• Sending service communications about your account, purchases, and enrollment.
• Improving our curriculum, features, and user experience.

We rely on a small number of service providers to run the platform. Each receives only the data needed to perform its function: Stripe (payments), Cloudinary (media hosting), Typeform (application forms), Calendly (call scheduling), and our database and hosting providers. We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme. These are always on, because the site cannot work without them.

We also use PostHog for product analytics, to understand which pages help people decide and where they get stuck. This is aggregate usage analysis — we do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or share this data. Analytics is off until you agree: on your first visit we ask, and nothing is collected unless you choose Allow. If you decline we remember that, and the site works exactly the same either way.

If you change your mind, clearing this site's data in your browser resets the choice and you will be asked again.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — such as data portability or the right to object to certain processing — which we will honor as required by applicable law.

The platform is intended for adults pursuing professional education. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as the platform evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or an in-app notice.
