Why we built it
Most paths into software engineering are either too shallow, driven by tutorials with no real production experience, or too expensive for what they deliver.
10x Developers is built around one idea: treat every student as if they were joining an engineering team, not taking a course. That means production applications, a hiring simulation instead of a certificate, and a published rubric that decides when you graduate.
Held to a Published Standard
Production over theory. The standard is written down before you start, and it is the same for every student.
Build from day one
You learn by building real applications, not by finishing another tutorial first.
Ship to production
Every project is deployed to a real production environment, not left as a local demo.
Graduate on a score
A rubric of 8 categories, each scored 0 to 4. You need 3 or more in every one and an average of 3.2, plus a hiring simulation.
Small and coached
Cohorts are kept small, with 1:1 coaching throughout.

Who we serve first
The first cohort is built for veterans moving into software engineering, and open to strong civilian career-changers. Veterans are where we start, not a boundary: the standard and the curriculum are the same for every serious builder.
